If you have previously had an account on the LMS registered with an email address you can no longer access, please get in touch using our support system and let us know the following information, and we will update your account details:
- the email address you need wish to change
- your current email address
- your professional registration number (if applicable)
If you are still unable to access your account before the course date, please ensure you read your course manual thoroughly and let the Course Centre know.
If you are copying and pasting the password from your ‘Welcome’ email, please ensure you do not include any additional spaces on either side of the password. To check, please check by copying and pasting the password in a blank document (e.g. Notepad or Word). Also, it is best to copy the passcode from left to right.
If you do not access your account, on the RCUK LMS, within one week of its creation, your details will be cleared automatically by the RCUK LMS, resulting in an invalid login. To resolve invalid login problems, you will need to reset your password. You can do this from the 'I have forgotten my password' link. Please note, the link provided in the password reset email is only valid for 30 minutes. Please ensure that you use the email address you registered with and that you have access to that email account as the system will send instructions there. You may need to check your spam/junk folder.
Once you have successfully logged into your account, you will be required to change your password. Your new password must have at least 8 characters and should include at least 1 digit, at least 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter and a non-alphanumeric character such as * - #.
