This usually happens if you use a shared machine to access the RC (UK) LMS and the browser’s ‘Auto-fill’ function is enabled (turned on).

Auto-fill is a function found on web browsers that allows users to fill out commonly entered information in a web form (such as your full name, email address, postal address, etc.). This information is saved by your browser and will be auto-filled in forms if the browser settings permit it.
