In the first instance you must contact your Course Centre with all course queries.


Please check the details on your ‘Candidate login sheet’ with the Course Centre to ensure the correct information has been given to you.

 

If you have registered on the Learning Portal, and have not received your account verification email, please check your spam/junk folders. If the email is not there, try to register again and double check your email and registration code are correct. You may need to try an alternative email address.


If you continue to experiencing problems, please submit a support ticket explaining in detail the exact problems you are experiencing including any error messages you receive. Please be assured this will not affect you being able to attend the course.
