Please ensure you have followed the instructions in the below FAQs:

 

I am getting the error message saying ‘Login failed! Username or password not recognised’. 

I am getting the error message ‘Sorry! There was a problem…. User registration code incorrect’. 

I am getting the error message ‘Sorry! There was a problem…...Invalid User’. 

 

If you still have issues please contact your Course Centre, who will advise you further.
