Centre Admin: how to resend course enrolment email(s)

The registered centre administrator can resend the candidate’s course enrolment emails.


Follow the steps below:

  1. Open the 'Block drawer' found on the right side of any screen.
  2. Select 'Search users' under the 'Centre Admin' block:
  3. Locate the candidate’s profile.
  4. Under 'General', expand the tab ‘Automated emails’:


Please note that resending the welcome email will reset the candidate’s password for their account.
