Centre Admin: how to enrol candidates on a course

The registered centre administrator has the ability and is responsible for enrolling candidates on a course, and enrolments must be done at least two weeks before the course date. 


The system will send the following automated emails:

  • Course enrolment
  • Seven-day course reminder
  • End of course
  • Certificate released


Important note: before enrolling candidates in a course, they must have an account in the system. If they have done an RCUK course before, they will likely have an account already; please check with the candidate and use the email address on the system.


Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the required approved course.
  2. Select ‘Users’ on the course navigation bar:

If you cannot locate a candidate, you may have their incorrect email address, their account hasn’t been created, or they are already enrolled in a course in the same course category, where their result is still pending. 


Please follow the steps below if the candidate's initial course result is still pending:

  • If you have access to the course, please complete the course's post-course return.
  • If you cannot access the course, please submit a ticket and provide the candidate's full name, email and professional registration number.


If the course is within one week, please call us at +44 207 388 4676 between 10:00 and 16:00.
