Centre Admin/Faculty: how to review a course feedback

Modified on Fri, 13 Feb at 4:54 PM

Course feedback is important to us in ensuring courses are delivered to the highest standard. It is anonymous, and only registered Centre Course Administrators and faculty members who are enrolled as the Course Director or Medical Director for the course can view candidates’ course feedback.

Furthermore, there are conditions for successful candidates accessing their course certificate as follows:

  • they have passed the course and
  • they have completed the course evaluation and
  • their course certificate has been released by the Centre Course Administrator.

Please note that the Excel report is available only. For your reference, a question that uses a scale for collating feedback represents the following:

  • 1 means ‘strongly agree’
  • 6 means ‘strongly disagree’.

Follow the steps below to download the Excel report:

  1. Go to the required approved course.
  2. Select ‘Candidate Evaluation’ from the course index or course area as shown below:

Please note that faculty members listed with feedback who did not teach should be unenrolled from the course.
