If a tracking issue occurs, it is likely the result of a connection break between the course file and the system due to a temporary loss of internet connection. In most cases, restarting your machine helps. You could also clear your web cache/browser history to solve the issue.

For our professional courses, please be assured that you will not be disadvantaged or turned away from the face-to-face day of the course if you cannot complete the pre-course online learning or pre-course assessment for any technical reason. However, do let your Centre Course Administrator know of the problem you’ve experienced. You will have 120 days of post-course access, and we encourage you to take advantage of the extended course access.
