Regrettably, you cannot edit a user account detail. However, the user account owner can make the necessary corrections themselves, provided they can access the account. If they have forgotten their login, they can request a new password from the login page. If a valid email is provided and they have access to their email account, they will receive instructions on resetting their password.
If the user cannot access their previous email account, please advise them to submit a ticket for further support from us.
