Centre Admin: how to correct candidate's name or email address

Regrettably, the registered centre administrator cannot edit a user account detail. However, the user account owner can make the necessary corrections, provided they can access the account. If they need to remember their login, they can request a new password from the login page. If a valid email is provided and they can access their email account, they will receive instructions on resetting their password.


If the user cannot access their previous email account, please let them know to submit a ticket for more support from us.
