Centre Admin: how to release candidates' certificate

The registered centre administrator is responsible for releasing candidates’ certificate. 

Candidates who pass the course will be listed on the course’s Release Certificates page.

All certificates should be released at once. The system will hold the candidate’s certificate until they complete the course evaluation. They will have 120 days to do this until the system overrides the restriction.

If the candidate’s name is spelt incorrectly, please request the candidate to update their profile before releasing their certificate. If the certificate has already been released, please advise the candidate to contact RCUK directly to update their certificate; they should do this by submitting a ticket.
