Centre Admin: how to enrol faculty on a course

The registered centre administrator has the ability and is responsible for enrolling faculty on a course.


The course's faculty list must be finalised before the course date. The faculty names will be included in the course's candidate evaluation and within the faculty's personal teaching history.


Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the required approved course.
  2. Select ‘Users’ on the course navigation bar:
  3. Select the appropriate links:
  4. Select the appropriate role:


Faculty will be listed provided their profile has the selected role e.g. Instructor. 


Please note that it can take up to four weeks for:

  • An Instructor Potential (IP) to be awarded as Instructor Candidate (IC) following their successful completion of GIC/ILSi course.
  • An IC to be awarded as a full Instructor. 


If you require additional support, please submit a ticket and provide the faculty's full name, email and professional registration number.
