Why can't I enrol a faculty?

Firstly, please check with the faculty that you have their correct details (e.g. email address). 

When enrolling a faculty on a course, within the ‘Enrol faculty’ function, please ensure you have selected the correct option under the ‘Assign role’ as indicated below:

Faculty will be listed provided their profile has the selected role e.g. Instructor. If a faculty cannot be found, please submit a ticket, and provide the faculty’s full name, email, and professional registration number (if available).

Please note, it can take up to four weeks for an Instructor Candidate to be awarded a full Instructor status. If the course is taking place within a week, please contact us on +44 207 388 4678 between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00, and request to speak to the relevant Course Coordinator.
