Why can't I enrol a candidate?

Firstly, please check with the Candidate, that you have their correct details (e.g. email address). Also check if they recently attended a course of the same course category.

If a Candidate is linked to a course of the same course category and their course result is still pending, they cannot be enrolled on a new course of the same category (e.g. eALS and 2-day ALS).

If you have access to the Candidate’s initial course, please complete the course return so that the Candidate can be enrolled on the new course. If you do not have access, please submit a ticket, and provide the Candidate’s full name, email, and professional registration number (if available).

If the course is taking place within a week, please contact us on +44 207 388 4678 between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00, and request to speak to the relevant Course Coordinator.
