When trying to log in, please double-check that:
- you are on the correct platform, and
- you are using the email address that was registered on the platform (must be entered in lowercase), and
- you are correctly entering your password with no additional spaces on either side.
Depending on which online learning platform you are trying to access, there is a set number of failed login attempts before it results in account lockout for a brief period. This process has been put in place to prevent security threats.
Once the account lockout duration ends, the system will automatically re-activate your account and you should be able to login.
If you are sure about your login details and the issue continues to persist, please submit a ticket to seek further support from a member of the RCUK team.
