Why can’t I login?

When accessing our online learning platforms, please double-check that:

  • you are on the correct platform and
  • you are using the email address that was registered on the platform (must be entered in lowercase), and
  • you are correctly entering your password with no additional spaces on either side.

 

Depending on which online learning platform you are trying to access, you will experience a set number of failed login attempts before your account is briefly locked out. This process has been put in place to prevent security threats. 

 

Once the account lockout duration ends, the system will automatically re-activate your account, and you should be able to log in.

 

If you are sure about your login details and the issue continues, please submit a ticket to ask for more support from a member of the RCUK team.
