Why can't I login to the GIC VLE?

Trying to log in using your username (email) and password?

• Ensure you are using the correct email address (must be entered in lowercase) and it is registered on the platform.
• Ensure you are correctly entering your password (case-sensitive). If you have forgotten this, you can request a new one from “Lost password".
• Please note that after a number of failed login attempts, the system will briefly lock the account.
• You will receive an email containing a time-limited link to unlock the account. 
• If the email cannot be located, please check your junk or spam folder.
• If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact RCUK.

If requested emails (lost password) do not arrive, please check your junk or spam folder. We recommend adding the following sender's email address to your allowed list:
