Why can’t I login to the Learning Portal?

Trying to log in using your username (email) and password?

• Ensure you are using the correct email address (must be entered in lowercase) and it is registered on the platform.
• Ensure you are correctly entering your password (case sensitive). If you have forgotten this, you can request a new one from “Forgot password".
• Please note that after a number of failed login attempts, the system will briefly lock the account.
• You will receive an email containing a time-limited link to unlock the account. 
• If the email cannot be located, please check your junk or spam folder.
• If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact RCUK.
