Please note that only the RCUK LMS uses MFA (multi-factor authentication).
- Enter the code sent to your registered email/authentication app.
- The MFA code issued via email is valid for 60 minutes and can only be used once.
- The MFA code issued via the authentication app refreshes approximately every 30 seconds.
- Please note that after 5 failed MFA attempts, your account will be locked and can only be unlocked by the RCUK team.
If requested emails (forgotten password or verification emails) do not arrive, please check your junk or spam folder. We recommend adding the following sender's email address to your allowed list:
- no-reply@lms.resus.org.uk
- lms@resus.org.uk
- courses@resus.org.uk
- enquiries@resus.org.uk
